The most significant change that so-called "AI" systems bring, is the removal of ethics.

In the old days, there were lots of things that we humans did not do, because it's wrong. Like copying what others have done and passing it off as your own creation. If you do that, you're an asshole. So we don't do it.

Now there are machines that can do such asshole things, and humans using those machines somehow pretend they are not assholes. All this on a massive scale, of course.
