Something new for me to learn: What's the Linux equivalent of Windows Task Manager?

I was using Pinta and encountered an unhandled exception. When I try to close the app, there's another unhandled exception. I click OK to dismiss the message box, but the app remains open.

@DaveMasonDotMe you can use the "top" command to see processes of interest, and the "kill" command to kill some of them if you want to.
