The conservative Supreme Court overturned decades of legal precedent saying they, uninformed and untrained judges, should decide on environmental regulations, not actual scientists and experts. And in Gorsuch's decision, they confused nitrogen oxide (a bad pollutant) with nitrous oxide (laughing gas).
