@perkoch 20ish years ago I was in Vanuatu and needed papers to go from there to Australia. So I went to the place in Vanuatu where such papers could be applied for, and there was a long line of people and very long and complicated forms that everyone was trying to fill out, so I also tried to fill out such a form. It had lots of detailed questions, as if wanting to go to Australia was very suspicious. Then it turned out that because I had a Swedish passport, I did not need to fill out any form.
