@foxxo exactly. But this particular page is by Linux Foundation so I would have expected them to be a little more knowledgeable about how open source works and therefore perhaps help us with our issues better...

This #FOSSNorth talk https://conf.tube/w/d68VGvtAaYc1ptvdkuXwv8 is about this issue, there Simon Phipps says he doubts that organizations like the "Linux Foundation" can be trusted in this matter, because they ultimately represent large companies and their interests.
Best try to influence EU in other ways, maybe through other organizations, not relying on the Linux Foundation to take care of this.
