@axz Hi, in my opinion you should not use "Google Docs" for this.
Using anything Google-related is a bad idea in general, but especially for something like this where presumably you probably don't want to limit participation to people who are fine with Google tracking them.
If you want participation also from people who care about privacy (such as myself), then you need to stay away from Google.
