I recommend making your argument against the school as an accessibility issue. Probably they are required to make the education accessible to everyone, it is probably not legal for them to exclude you.
Use words like "accessibility" and "inclusiveness" and argue against them "excluding" you, then you have a better chance of being heard, I think.
If you know examples of other schools doing better, point to those as good examples.
