@eff I would wonder whether they can navigate over private land without permission or warrant?

My guess is no but, the altitude might be a factor.

I would rather like to hear about domestic counter-drone measures. Most likely there is some shielding that will need to be penetrated somehow?
Is there any electromagnetic weapon that could disrupt the functioning of drones given the current state of tech?
If they pick up signals, should we stop making them or have 'shut-offs'?
