From above, it looks like a giant spiderweb, but it's actually the tangled web of fiber-optic lines used by drones. Along the Kupyansk axis, both sides are deploying massive amounts of fiber to guide first-person-view drones, especially in areas where GPS is jammed.

@jonas175 @noelreports Core is most likely glass, but plastic is also possible. The cladding is from a material with a different refractive index, likely some plastic.
