@eff I thought that our Defense Secretary used Signal which is not secure enough for the government?

@idahobucks @eff Signal does not meet government requirements, one of which is record keeping. Disappearing chats go contrary to that. I'd imagine another requirement is that users without a government account should not be able to be added to a chat.
