@EUCommission your linked website refers to a publication on the ”guidelines on the protection of minors“ under the DSA [1] which is supposed to be applied to all online platforms accessible to minors.

It recommendations include: ”Prohibiting accounts from downloading or taking screenshots of content posted by minors to prevent the unwanted distribution of sexualised or intimate content and sexual extortion.“

Question: how is this supposed to be implemented?
