There's a reason why th EU Commission doesn't want you to know about EHDS and keeps information hidden.
Your data is not anonymized, but only pseudonymized and can therefore be personalized again by IT giants within a very short time.
In Germany you have the option of an "opt-out" from the data collection via your health insurance company, so better do it soon if you live there.
