I'm hoping that Kaliningrad is one of the things that Moscow loses because of the wars and damages they have caused.

I would like to see it become a NATO military and training base or something like that.

Yes, I'm not trying to say what other people should do, especially in regard to territorial integrity and the right to self-determination.

Mainly, I want to have Moscow punished so much for the crimes they have committed that it much less likely to happen again in my lifetime.
