@eff @davidgreene @nbcnews Indeed important to have protection for parody.. but should it not be obvious to the listener that it is, in fact parody, and not genuine?

I agree that actual parody shouldn't cross into disinformation; that's when it stops being a parody. And I believe actual parody should be protected also by private companies like some social media.
