Dutch Defense Minister Ollongren assured Ukraine that the 24 F-16 fighter jets the Netherlands plans to donate to Ukraine can be used to strike targets inside Russia. Ollongren emphasized that once transferred, the jets are Ukraine's to use, provided they comply with international law and the U.N. Charter's right to self-defense.

@noelreports I've been hearing about these imaginary F-16s for two years already. What's the hold up?
@roberams @noelreports Training. Recently there was news about 10 pilots graduating from main training and going into advanced training. So those ten aren't even finished, let alone other pilots, support crews and possibly commanders.
I suspect that there are also some infrastructural investments Ukraine has to do before receiving the planes.
