They didn't do it them self, they have a one year exclusivity deal. They do also provide a chart for one other condition.

@futurebird cats like a novel source of water. That's why it's recommended to provide many different sources of water, presumably an instinct to avoid poisonous water.

@anthropy good news, your idea is already in use!. Usually in larger buildings, but their exist some district systems as well. And they usually operate either with a shared heat medium other than air, for example the building core, or directly with the refrigent agent.

@yassie_j Sony has said they are going to focus on making it easier to make games. With the advantages of ray tracing it would make a ton of sense to release a console powerful enough to be ray tracing only, removing the need for pre-baked lighting freeing up a lot of development time.
