@drwhax it has served me well, at times, though I'm a bit out of the habit now. To try it, I just took a cheap wooden table and screwed wood onto the legs to make it the right height. Then I stuck it in a corner of a room, since it is a bit wobbly. The total cost was like 30€, ~20€ for a used table off the internet, and ~10€ for screws and extra wood.
