I just made this silly but accurate thing. I'm silly too and i love it, but also i'm serious in my silliness.

@realsimon @danielgibert My guess is that it's (at least) all countries that have signed to the Vienna Convention. Also, the background of the right side ones can be yellow.

@grishka @njsg @realsimon @danielgibert no, this is not true everywhere. Some countries use red/yellow instead of red/white for their normal signs. I know that this is the case in northern Europe. It probably has something to do with snow.

@HenrikLievonen As far as I know "some countries" are only Sweden and Finland. They don't have more snow than Norway, so I think it's just "we happened to use yellow before there was a standard".
