It must suck to get Berlin-Warszawa-Express ticket upsold by PKPIC on domestic section of its route

Because it's an EIP train (not subsidized by the ministry of infrastructure for-profit service oh PKPIC) one gets a ride that's:

hardly any faster than a regular IC
costs a lot more too
runs with really bad rolling stock (these are NOT good coaches); and
is late (often late a lot) most of the times
