/etc/apt/sources.list.d/experimental.list
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian experimental main
And by installing the experimental versions of the mesa Vulkan package:
sudo apt -t experimental install mesa-vulkan-drivers

Megapixels 2.0, properly compiled, and Highscore work correctly by specifying the environment variable related to the MESA GL version as follows:
MESA_GL_VERSION_OVERRIDE=3.2
