@supertobi @holypangolin It's our internal PyQt tool I quickly started hacking together once in 2018 and been improving afterwards in as-needed fashion. Mostly used to define sprite animations understood by our game engine. It's LGPL, but provided as-is - I don't really expect it to have any users except ourselves:) gitlab.com/dosowisko.net/libsu
