Alright #SteamDeck folks (or #Linux really, I think this is #KDE ?) how do I convince this thing to NOT turn the display off after 10 minutes, but just to keep it dimmed, when plugged in.

The Energy Saving settings have the "switch off after X minutes" bit, and I disable that, and hit apply, and

then it re-enables it instantly when I leave that window. Uh. What?

Wait, I think this is actually working? The display is still on, just dimmed.

So the UI keeps popping back to insisting the setting is on, but ACTUALLY, the auto-turnoff is indeed off.

Looks like what I thought was the setting reverting was just the UI itself not updating internally cached values? Neat! Anyways, YAY!

@glassbottommeg It doesn't do that on my PC, but does on Deck. I guess that's just a bug in the version used by SteamOS.
