Updated outdated things and added detail in hospital grounds.
More can be improved, but this should be more pleasant for visitors already.
Went all in. The place now has all the paths (even the smallest ones), benches and almost all individual trees.
Anybody visiting (or working, or studying there) could benefit on osm.org, and soon in all mobile map apps* :)
If you want to demonstrate a well mapped site, "this one hospital in Latvia" will be good for a while (they have some construction going on).

@dean Oh, that's a great question. The major ones are mapped (like urgent care, polyclinic), but specific care units aren't - that would be a bit tricky as well, as it would be mostly indoor mapping in buildings up to 6 levels or so.
