I'm having trouble figuring out what's open about OpenAI.
@be they once claimed they were going to make everything open, then said they needed time to make sure stuff wasn't maliciously used, then never opened up

@xerz @be the best laid plans never work when they hit the ground. They should open it and see how people abuse it and then fix it. it's still just programming just more undefined behaviour then C.
Case: let's make art with AI! Wait it's just touching up existing art, where's the randomness, uniqueness, the intelligence? Why doesn't it make 'new' art???
