The worst thing on Linux is 'man' I hate nearly everything about this program.

On the plus it's good to have a lot of information in the 'same place' and in a standard manor. I'm guessing that's why the UI/UX has not been improved over the decades.
@dean Because some machines don't have the man pages, some have different man pages (eg: BSD/Mac) I very rarely use the man command. Generally chuck it into a search engine, although obviously get weird results sometimes.
The pagers tend to suck, which is why I'd sooner have HTML.
