Any good advice on starting an ethical small-tech company?
Any ethical small-tech companies looking to hire a 100% remote (but preferably only ~20h/week) software architect/engineer/developer/admin (Can code in PHP, esp. Symfony, Java, and Bash; workable knowledge in Python, and Kotlin; really intrigued by Rust (but needs a few good kicks to the butt); can be convinced to learn Erlang; Extensive admin knowledge with GNU/Linux, Ansible, server hardening, incl. Apache, Postfix/Dovecot, and Graphite/StatsD; workable knowledge in ejabberd, djbdns, wordpress, mediawiki)

@danielst Hm, I have reservations about Debian ever since the adoption of systemd, but I do have a librem 5 order in the pipeline… Thx for the tip, sadly all their listed positions are marked as expired and weren’t a good fit for my skills either (no real C/C++ experience and no real desire to change that…)
