Dear Mastonauts, do you know alternative to "Google Play Services"?
Talking with a payment app dev about downloading it as an .apk instead of from Goolag Play, she mentioned that some important app functionalities, like the transactions notifications, rely on Google Play Services, and that I wouldn't free myself from Goolag anyway.
Is it the same, for instance, in the deGoogled Android phones?

O.k. that makes a big difference ;-) . There is f-droid https://f-droid.org/es/ where you can download apps without play services installed. If you need to install apps from the surveillance G you can install Aurora Store and try them (most of them do not work as expected, because play services are missing which could be healed by microG).
@chrichri @thenewoil I live in El Salvador, where BTC is now the national currency, and would like to use other "Lightning Network" apps than the State promoted one ("Chivo"), which is a custodial one, and fully KYCd 😏.
