Yupp, I regularly listen to music on a Sennheiser MB 660 MS and it works fine once connected.
Connecting sometimes requires re-pairing (sic), though.
It depends. In #moboan / #phosh an application can tell the system not to suspend. For e.g. #shortwave it seems to work. Just found out that it doesn't work with vlc. But someone made a wrapper to start applications and tell phosh not to suspend.
@chrichri So the 'correct' solution is for them to not suspend, but to turn off the screen, I guess? I wonder if there is some kind of middle-ground where it can suspend all functions except that one program that needs to be running, such as the music player.
Just tried it: Playing a stream in #shortwave waited for screen to turn off by itself. Swing kept flowing out of the internal speaker while screen was dark.
Ractivating the screen there're control elements for shortwave on the lock screen.
@chrichri Ooh great! Does the phone like suspend in some way, or just stay on and alert and burn battery?
