Looking for a solution to reply to #email with a #team:

- get incoming emails via imap
- send outgoing via smtp (password)
- emails form an incoming pool can be delegated to a team member
- set and modify deadlines
- drafts can be attached to original email for discussion
- replied to emails can be archived
- platform: apache, mysql, php, python, perl
- no shell access needed for installation

Sounds like a very simple ticket system. But is there such a thing? OTRS etc. is way to complicated.
