I just had to unleash my rage somewhere (one of the pictures you posted did the job of making me comment) In Fedora happens something similar with flatpak store and dnf dragora, but I believe that's because the software managers look at what you have installed. It's like checking home folder with thunar, dolphin, caja and any filebrowser app obtained.
