@Photorat@mastodon.art no, that is just a material that mimicks the clay that sculptors use, once finished this step, color stage is the following
@GoatsLive @Photorat@mastodon.art it's never late to start
@GoatsLive @Photorat@mastodon.art that's amazing! I want to see some metal sculptures made by yourself.
@GoatsLive @Photorat@mastodon.art Scarecrow for cars? I like a lot that you could share to us this part of your work. Violet and Rose must be ver y proud too.
@barz @Photorat
I purchased my plasma cutter back when I was building and flying experimental aircraft. Now that I'm retired, I use it mostly for repairing tractors, building gate latches and hinges etc. Of course when my kids were small, it was go-carts etc. I'm currently shopping for a used motorcycle to use as a power plant for a 3 wheeled run-about I can drive from my wheelchair!
@GoatsLive That is a lot of history, wow. Thanks for sharing. Goat in go-karts it's what came to my mind haha
@barz Actually, the go-cart had a stainless steel Squidward from Sponge Bob Square Pants on the front. I'll try to dig up a photo of that!
@barz @Photorat
I always wanted to try my hand at sculpting. Likely in the style of Fernando Botero who's work I truly admire!
