Alright, to improve my programming skills, I have been advised to jump into test driven development. I'm not sure if it's a good idea, but i feel like I should use rust as the language to learn about that, since I really like rust. Then again, I don't really need such a low level language anyway, since python would do fine for me as well.. Decisions decisions ..
@vancha my advice is never listen to anyones advice when it comes to programming. They only want you to experience pain, no one cares about improving you. noone.
@anycode Well there's not a lot of choice if I can't improve myself. I've tried a lot in the meantime but I'm not getting any better at it. Practice isn't really working out since I always get stuck unless it's a trivial application.
Somethings got to work :P
@vancha I may be ever so slightly jaded right now..😂 . Its friday night and I am not home yet because features need doin. bugs need fixin. I just want to play with microscopes and look at nice things. honestly, fuck programming.
@anycode heh, to be honest someone suggested me to read exactly that this week. I've actually read part of the clean code book already, and I'm working through a playlist of robert martins' videos.
