@wonderingdane @LinuxLounge My understanding is that there is only one instance of LBRY, the decentralization comes in the form of peer-to-peer video streaming.

@wdavery @wonderingdane@fosstodon.org @LinuxLounge @lbry The way #LBRY protocoal is designed, every desktop app user is pretty much a self hosted instance on #LBRY. lbry@lbry.world provides some servers to help seed content as most users expect it to work like a centralized platform where they upload stuff and forget about it.
