Speaking of #woodworking, I might have my first project! My parents gave me their 'old' (barely 3 years old) fridge, but it used to be built-in AND it's loud AF.

Maybe I could build a cabinet around and above it. It would look nicer, hopefully be a lot quieter and I could use the storage space.

What do you guys think?

@Gina ancient reply but do make sure such a cabinet still allows plenty of airflow bottom to top or the fridge will struggle to reject heat to its surroundings! Also re: pocket jigs, when my shipment from .us gets here to .nl there should be one in there. While I prefer hand joinery sometimes you just need to make a fast sturdy joint, and pocket screws do a great job.
