If you are not happy with your on-screen-keyboard (#squeekboard) on Mobian, you might want to try out #phosh-osk-stub which is @agx's toy keyboard. I like the layout a lot, apparently it even features local text prediction (have not tried that yet).
Remember, it is a toy, so hold back on your support requests.

Installation TL;DR: apt install phosh-osk-stub && update-alternatives --config Phosh-OSK

@mobian @agx I'm just missing the arrow keys on the terminal since the shift, works great otherwise.

Follow

@praveen @mobian They're usually not needed as you can move the cursor by long pressing <space> but if wanted you can add them to the shortcuts bar:

gsettings set sm.puri.phosh.osk.Terminal shortcuts "['Down', 'Up', 'Left', 'Right' ]"

(add other shortcuts to the [] as needed)

@agx @mobian thanks, I did not know about the space long press option! This is indeed nice!

@praveen @mobian Thanks!

I'd like to tweak that a bit (e.g. it's a bit too easy to accidentally scroll in shell history when positioning the cursor on a line in shell mode) so adding cursor left/right might make sense temporarily.
