ok so i installed a proprietary (JAVA) tool to use this USB-C PD analyzer... The only prebuilt for linux is 32-bit even though it SAYS x64. I messed about with bin32-jre on Arch but couldn't get UI to load still....
I crack, set up an ubuntu VM with multilib, finally run the software and I get hit with this. Are you KIDDING ME

@calebccff I'm aware that this doesn't help right now but maybe for the future: https://www.dreamsourcelab.com/product/dslogic-series/ has free software tooling.
@agx ooh yeah! I own one of their 100MHz analyzers (although it seems to have gone missing...), I guess this is just about good enough for PD?
I just don't own any usb-c breakout boards lol
