I weirdly enjoy sharing #solarpunk art. I delved into the subculture after quitting my job at a hotel, and grew depressed with work, the state of the world, and a general dystopic feeling.
Solarpunk (and adjacents) art, media, stories, and real world works, instil a sense of hope in me. That dystopia's and apocalypses aren't the only option for our near future. And even on a small scale like my garden, every little helps.

@dutchbarracuda I was also drawn to solarpunk after getting a bit depressed that everything I read, watched and played seemed to be imagining a dystopian future. I kind of need to imagine an optimistic future built by curious and creative people who respect nature to keep going really!
