This form now:

lets you type in a full domain name
provisions a Pleroma server
exposes it to the cluster
proxies the domain to the correct pod in the cluster
provisions an SSL cert automatically

It takes about 45 seconds to do this.

What’s left:

graceful handling of failure, retries, etc
persistent storage (pretty important)
“give me money” step
buy a domain
free subdomain options
