Is there a word in English which describes taking the first two letters from a forename and adding them to the first two letters of a surname to make a nickname?

Example: BoJo for Boris Johnson.

@Wayril
Erm, don't think so. That's when syllables, or letters, from ajoining words are swapped. A spoonerised version of Boris Johnson would be, e.g., Joris Bohnson.

There are other examples of the thing I was thinking about: J-Lo for Jennifer Lopez.
