@adilarif @Mjo321 That is 100% correct. Her mere existence in a public space does not mean that she is available for his interest or attraction, and for him to invade her space like this with such presumption is ABSOLUTELY justification for her to 'rudely' reject him (and also belies the premise of him being a 'nice' guy).
