Your semi-random reminder, that: "a tooltip with explanation" is just bad #UX in disguise.
@MichalBryxi Especially in the days of touch screens. Can you believe Android tooltips are activated with a tap & hold of the finger and the tooltip displays UNDERNEATH THE FINGER where you can't see it?!
