So, getting back on the wagon of trying to burn more calories than consumed. I am up to 4 days of walking trash to the bin and back.
That may not sound like much, but I live on the 10th floor, and garbage room is on second basement. Eleven flights down and back is at least a gentle start.

(This is why north american floor numbering is whack: living on the "10th" floor means climbing 9 stories to get there. If we only count floors above ground level, the number of stair flights === floor number. The number of floors below ground level === number of stair flights to descend.)
