I'm trying to follow some bird.makeup accounts, but seems like it doesn't work. I got "Request sent" from the account (I attached the screenshot).
Is it because I'm using akkoma? Does bird.makeup work if I send the follow request from akkoma instance?

@1 Not sure, I know it works from mastodon, pleroma and misskey, but I know it has problems with Pixelfed. I don’t know about akkoma
