@vincent hey. Been trying to setup my own bird.makeup (saw your disclaimer, I only want to follow not boost anything but need it up to date reliably).
Been running into this. Any idea what is going on? Tried to run via docker-compose up, nothing special
@tzeejay Not sure what you are referring to, but mastodon.social will ban all instances of twitter replicators. You will have to move server if you want to use them
@vincent how close to realtime is bird.makeup? I guess it is at least a few minutes behind?
@tzeejay There are real time stats in the footer of the site. Currently 37 minutes to cycle through every twitter account

Ok good to know. I saw that tweets.icu isn't blocked but like your usage of the API a lot more so I wanted to run my own bird.makeup instance :/
