The singular they is valid as heck and totally grammatically correct, but I feel like verbs should conjugate differently around it to set it apart from the plural they, for example they is instead of they are

@immychan re conjugation: I get the conjugation idea. I would point out that you is both singular and plural but usage does not affect conjugation.

I could see an arguement for conjugation preventing excess words like "you all". So maybe different conjugation is a good idea.

Edit: i couldn't live with it spelled wrong five times (all the same, but still wrong)
