This lady's delivery is baffling. She sounds like she's reading an employee handbook but the story is also bizarre and rambling. It is so weird that I cannot look away. I keep waiting for a punchline.

@p its just the bizarre story, they are called ‘story time animators’ - they tell some insane story and insist its true and its normally something disturbing or just not ok, their target audience is young tweens i believe. Just a weird ass youtube rabbit hole. This one is an especially disturbing one so i youtube-dl’ed it .
