@terryenglish not sure... i ate some cereal at lunch and was fine and then ate some more when i got home and immediately started to feel really sick q.q now i don’t feel nauseous but my stomach still hurts. sucks.

@terryenglish@theblessing Not only do Frosted Flakes contain 1g of fiber per serving but it has vitamins A, C, D and B. It also has 25% of your daily dose of Iron and 25% of other crap. Lets see your fruit and vegetables do that. image.png
