In a comment raid the pompous journalist or SJW inquisitor suddenly went from being tormentor to tormented.

Complete panoptic reversal.

That was their glory.
@judgedread Aside from making them suffer (which is a laudable goal in its own right) there are fantastic downstream effects. You get inside their heads. They already have very fragile egos and poor sense of self, incredibly dependent on external validation. One anon groyper calling them 'faggot' ruins their day.

This makes them angry and twitchy, gets them to lash out at normies, see NAHTZEES and trolls around every corner. We drove Louise Mensch insane (well, more insane) and got Talia Lavin fired with this water torture.

Memetic guerrilla warfare. It's why they try so hard to wall us off. We win every engagement in memespace.
@TrevorGoodchild Also in real life journalists are mostly very badly paid dimwits with useless English degrees living in ghastly city cores or their boroughs, living six to an efficiency apartment eating ramen and unable to afford their hormone treatments.

Easy meat for even a frat boy tier troll.
@judgedread You're telling me. I like to think that after I dragged Luke O'Brien or Hayden for a few rounds back on gab they went straight to the bar at noon. Hayden would post pics of himself daydrinking at work.

The thought that I contributed to their eventual alcohol-induced liver failure makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside.
@TrevorGoodchild I've seen journalists (really glorified bloggers who might have a the occasional story published in a free hipster newspaper) doing gofundmes to pay for their groceries.
