@purism No. Although Purism has a hands off moderation approach, they report all illegal activity as per the law. This is the most responsible and brave moderation practice I see being practice at the moment, anywhere in the world. Purism deserves nothing but praise for it. Mastodon empowers every user to hear what they want and have nothing to do with anything they don't.
@purism Maybe if you never heard anything else from them before on the matter but Purism has been very clear about reporting any and all illegal activity. Something an "Isis membership" app completely falls under. Perhaps reading the actual legal policies Purism posts might help you to better understand this.
