A major coordinated sabotage attack was just carried out against railway infrastructure in at more than 20 locations in the Netherlands.
Large 2 meter-long metal pipes were deliberately attached to the tracks, triggering track-circuit and safety system failures by tricking the grid's computers into registering that the tracks were blocked.

@brabo @Free_Press in 99% of cases sabotage is executed by locals, but their motivation, coordination and support coming from russia. And motivation could be anything, from money, to personal threats, political animosity or even propaganda-imbued hatred.
@brabo @ruff @Free_Press the claim of farmers comes with a denial. it's disinformation. saying "they don't coordinate, this was coordinated, therefore it's not the farmers" is how people are being coaxed into denying it was Russia, which does coordinate, does target rail, and does want this specific rail corridor shutdown (it's been described in the past few weeks as a NATO military corridor ramping up for the front line with Russia).
@flyingpenguin @ruff @Free_Press we will see if they needed instigation or pointers from russia at all. if there is a link then presumably that will become clear in time.
@ruff @Free_Press while it can be that in the case of the dutch farmers they were instigated by russian operatives, it is also important to understand their anger. they feel abandoned by politicians and see their livelyhoods threatened by the climate measures the govt put on them. they do not need russian operatives to be activists for their own cause.
